The City of Palm Bay is seeking proposals from commercial real estate brokerages to market, secure, and sell City and CRA-owned real estate. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing brokerage services to the City and CRA. The contract will involve the sale of surplus properties, including vacant lots and parcels with existing structures. The City Council will consider future land use amendments and rezoning of individual properties to achieve the highest and best classification for maximum sale price and proposed development. • The City of Palm Bay and the Bayfront Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are seeking proposals from national, regional, and locally recognized commercial real estate brokerages. • The selected vendor will be responsible for marketing, securing, and selling City and CRA-owned real estate. • The contract will involve the sale of surplus properties, including vacant lots and parcels with existing structures. • The City Council will consider future land use amendments and rezoning of individual properties to achieve the highest and best classification for maximum sale price and proposed development. • The City and CRA will also consider the sale of a single piece of property that accomplishes favorable commercial development when assembled with other adjoining parcels for future development or redevelopment.
