The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is soliciting for quotations to establish a contract for K9 dog food. The dog food will be purchased by the Sheriff's K-9 Units and vendors are required to meet the food specifications listed in the RFQ. The Department spends approximately $12,000 per year on dog food. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract is for the purchase of K9 dog food for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. • The dog food must meet the specifications listed in the RFQ. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The Department reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The vendor must provide a cash discount of 20% for payment within 30 days.
