Description
The Placer County South Placer Adult Correctional Facility Boiler Replacement Project No. 4764A involves the removal of two large existing boilers and the installation of a new array of 10 manifolded California Special Steam Boilers. The project also includes related piping, electrical work, anchorage, and other necessary components. The estimated cost of the base bid work is $527,000. The successful bidder must possess a valid Class C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting Contractor’s License issued by the State of California.
