Security and Protection Systems

The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a cooperative purchasing agreement with Premise One, LLC to provide security and protection systems. The agreement includes access control systems, intrusion systems, and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The maximum aggregate amount to be expended under the agreement is $50,000. The contractor will provide the materials and services at the rates agreed upon by the parties. The town will pay the contractor monthly, based on acceptance and delivery of materials and services. The contractor will indemnify and hold harmless the town and its officials, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of the performance of the agreement.
