Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program ADOH 301-19 Round 6 Martin

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the repair and rehabilitation of a single-family housing unit through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program. The work consists of repairing and upgrading electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, and other related repairs for targeted residential units meeting all HUD requirements and local building codes. The contractor awarded the bid must provide proof of Workman’s Compensation Insurance, Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insurance, and Automobile Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insurance, and a completed Housing Rehabilitation Contractor/Subcontractor Certification form prior to signing the contract. • The project will include repair and upgrade of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, and other related repairs. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and certification before signing the contract. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals. • The bid was accepted on November 23, 2020, and a meeting will be scheduled with the homeowner to sign the contract shortly.
