City-Wide Managed Print Services

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to ALL COPY PRODUCTS for city-wide managed print services. The contract includes the provision of multifunction devices (MFDs) that meet or exceed the specifications set forth in the request for proposal (RFP). The MFDs will be fully compatible with the City's existing network printing environment and will include features such as encryption, secure printing, and scanning. The contract also includes the provision of value-added services such as conversion assistance, assessment and implementation planning, and ongoing support and maintenance. The contract has a term of 5 years and includes an option for renewal. Key features of the contract include: * Provision of MFDs that meet or exceed RFP specifications * Compatibility with City's existing network printing environment * Encryption and secure printing features * Scanning and scanning to email capabilities * Conversion assistance and assessment and implementation planning * Ongoing support and maintenance * 5-year contract term with option for renewal The contract is valued at approximately $1.5 million per year, based on the estimated cost of the MFDs and services provided. The total value of the contract over the 5-year term is approximately $7.5 million.
