Request for Information; Time and Attendance Software

The City and Borough of Juneau, specifically the Finance Department, Purchasing Division, issued a Request for Information (RFI) for a Time and Attendance software system. The RFI is seeking information from qualified firms and vendors to supply a software system that can interface with the current financial software, Meditech. The selected vendor will need to provide a solution that includes features such as flexible scheduling, automated staffing and scheduling, staff notifications, and a mobile application platform. The RFI also requires the vendor to provide information on their company, proposed solution, technology information, and pricing. • The RFI is for a Time and Attendance software system that can interface with Meditech. • The solution must include features such as flexible scheduling, automated staffing and scheduling, staff notifications, and a mobile application platform. • The vendor must provide information on their company, proposed solution, technology information, and pricing. • The City and Borough of Juneau may move forward with an alternate form of procurement if a decision is reached to move forward with a purchase. • The selected vendors, Softworks and UKG, will be contacted for further discussion and demonstrations of their software.
