Permitting Software

The City of Olathe is seeking a permitting software solution through this RFP. The contract is for 5 years with an option for 1-year annual renewals. The selected vendor will provide a permitting software solution that meets the requirements set forth in the RFP. The scope of work includes providing a software solution that can be maintained in-house or as a Software as a Service. • The RFP includes a list of documents that must be accepted by the vendor, including instructions on how to respond to the RFP, a questionnaire on personnel practices, and a bid language document. • The vendor must also provide a performance survey and an affidavit. • The City of Olathe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the requirements set forth in the RFP.
