FOOD SERVICE for LANCASTER COUNTY YOUTH INTERVENTION CENTER - COUNTY of LANCASTER, PA

The County of Lancaster is seeking a food service management company to provide food services at the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center. The contract period is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, with four one-year options to extend. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing, operating, and furnishing food for the center. The vendor must be an approved Food Service Management Company with the PA Department of Education. Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing food services for a minimum period of one year • Managing and operating the food service program • Furnishing food for the center • Meeting the requirements of the PA Department of Education • Submitting proposals by the specified deadline • Attending a mandatory pre-bid conference and kitchen walk-thru.
