This agreement engages CME Associates as the professional Administrative Agent for Affordable Housing for the Township of Barnegat for the calendar year 2024. The Agent provides statutory and regulatory advice, reviews subdivision and site‑plan proposals, prepares feasibility studies, financing analyses, and testifies at hearings. Compensation is on an hourly‑rate basis with reimbursable expenses and a 10 % markup on any subcontracted work.
