017.24.B6 Emergency Response & Restoration Services

This contract is for emergency response and restoration services, including fire/smoke, water/flooding, sewer backup, climate control, mold remediation, and related work at facilities within the Howard County Public School System. The contract has a base period of one year, with options to renew for up to 5 additional years. The contract value is not to exceed $200,000 annually, with a total contract value of $900,000 over the term, including optional periods. The contractor is required to provide all necessary goods and services, and to exercise no administrative authority over the work of employees of the Board.
