Description
This cooperative contract provides basic classroom consumables and pre‑assembled K‑5 kits to ten school districts and several BOCES locations in Ontario, Seneca, Wayne and Yates counties, NY. The agency awarded multiple vendors for general supplies (catalog‑type Section A and discount‑based Section B) and a single vendor for the kit program. The award period runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027, with the possibility of two additional one‑year extensions and short‑term extensions up to three months.
