RFP- Construction Manager at Risk JB Connally 1st & 2nd Floor Renovations at TSTC in Waco

The contract is for the renovation of the JB Connally 1st and 2nd floors at the TSTC campus in Waco, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the project. The contract is expected to exceed $100,000 and will require a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan. The contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, as well as insurance for the duration of the contract.
