Clinical Trials Management System

The University of South Florida is seeking a new Clinical Trials Management System to support the pre/post-award activity generated from over 340 active clinical trials/studies. The system must be web-based, easy to use, and support end-user activities associated with the management of clinical research studies. The contract was awarded to WCG Velos, LLC. Key features of the system include support for clinical trial budgets, Medicare coverage analysis, contracting, patient activity tracking and monitoring, sponsor invoicing, management of sponsor payments, and reconciliation of payments to activity. • The system must be web-based and support multiple sites and users. • The system must support clinical trial budgets and Medicare coverage analysis. • The system must support contracting and patient activity tracking and monitoring. • The system must support sponsor invoicing and management of sponsor payments. • The system must support reconciliation of payments to activity.
