Engineering ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional engineering services to support City of Pittsburgh projects on an as-needed basis. The contract has a term of 2 years with the option for 2 successive 1-year renewals. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability. The contract includes provisions for work orders, invoicing, and payment. The consultant is required to provide MBE, WBE, and VOB participation in the work. The contract also includes provisions for data ownership and use, audit rights, and indemnity and liability. • The contract is for professional engineering services, including project-specific proposals, assessments, inspections, evaluations, and design. • The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability. • The consultant is required to provide MBE, WBE, and VOB participation in the work. • The contract includes provisions for data ownership and use, audit rights, and indemnity and liability. • The contract has a term of 2 years with the option for 2 successive 1-year renewals. • The City of Pittsburgh will make available to the consultant all data relevant to the work, including standards, specifications, policies, guides, engineering reports, maps, plans, drawings, inventories, or any other documents relating to work performed under this contract.
