LEGAL DEFENSE OF WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS

This contract is for the legal defense of workers’ compensation claims. The Wenderoff Law Group, APC will provide legal services to the County of Orange. The contract includes a scope of work, pricing and compensation, and key personnel/staffing plan. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, confidentiality, and indemnification.
