Description
The Central Arizona Project (CAP) Canal Trail Expansion aims to enhance recreational opportunities by developing 39.5 miles of trail and building three new trailheads from Park Link Drive to the southern end of Florence. The contract includes the construction of new trails, installation of fiberglass trail markers, and updating of management and maintenance plans. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary services, equipment, and logistics to complete the work. The contract is for a firm-fixed lump sum price, and the contractor is required to submit detailed, itemized invoices before payment can be made.
