The contractor will be responsible for transporting biosolids from the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant to a landfill, and will be paid at a rate of $70.50 per ton. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination, as well as requirements for the contractor to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Contract value

$2,115,000

The contract value can be estimated based on the rate of $70.50 per ton and the average annual amount of biosolids generated by the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Assuming an average of 10,000 tons per year, the total contract value would be approximately $2,115,000 over the three-year term. However, this is just a rough estimate and the actual value may vary depending on several factors, including the actual amount of biosolids generated and the frequency of pickups.
