SUBSTANCE-USE DISORDER PEER MENTORING SERVICES

The contract is for Substance-Use Disorder Peer Mentoring Services, which includes providing a Substance Use Disorder Peer Mentoring Program for Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults. The services must be age, developmentally, and culturally appropriate and utilize Evidenced Based Practices. The contract also includes system navigation support, referrals, and linkages to supportive services. The contract is between Phoenix House Orange County, Inc. and the County of Orange, through its Health Care Agency. • The contract amount is not to exceed $1,500,000. • The contract is renewable for two additional one-year periods. • The contract includes provisions for system navigation support, referrals, and linkages to supportive services. • The contract requires the contractor to provide services that are age, developmentally, and culturally appropriate and utilize Evidenced Based Practices.
