SPECIALTY PRINTING PAPER

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for specialty printing paper. The contract is for an estimated $150,000 in expenditures for a six-month period. The successful vendors will be required to meet the specifications listed in the RFQ. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The contract is for specialty printing paper, including bond, text, cover, and index paper. • The paper will be ordered on an as-needed basis, with no minimum order requirements. • The County has determined Spicers Paper, Kelly Paper, and Xpedx LLC to be the most responsive and responsible bidders for this commodity. • Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis to the lowest vendor that meets product availability to the County.
