Epoxy Paint Striping Billings Area

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking bids for the Epoxy Paint Striping Billings Area project. The project involves restriping Interstate 90 from Lodge Grass Interchange to the Wyoming line. The contract requires the contractor to secure materials from Tribal-owned sources, comply with Tribal ordinances and regulations, and pay a 3% fee to the Crow Nation for work done on the reservation. The contractor must also attend a preconstruction conference and comply with the terms of the Project Specific Agreement (PSA) between the Apsaalooke Nation and the MDT. • The project is 100% located within the Crow Reservation. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. • The contractor must comply with the Crow Nation Workforce Protection Act and other Tribal regulations. • The contractor must secure materials from Tribal-owned sources whenever possible. • A 3% fee will be assessed on the contract cost for work done on the Crow Reservation.
