FAST GENTAX MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The State of New Mexico’s Taxation and Revenue Department is entering a two‑year, $21.98 million sole‑source contract with Fast Enterprises for comprehensive support of its GenTax system. The agreement covers software licensing, ongoing maintenance, on‑site technical support, a short‑message‑service (SMS) gateway for two‑factor authentication, and data‑service subscriptions for collections and identity verification. Services are structured as a mix of fixed‑price quarterly payments for maintenance and subscription fees, plus hourly rates for additional on‑site work. The contract runs from 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2028. • Scope includes perpetual software license, hot‑fixes, quarterly service‑pack releases, and 24‑month on‑site support (minimum 3 FTE). • Hourly on‑site support rates: $247/hr for FY 27 and $255/hr for FY 28. • Additional deliverables: FAST SMS gateway (max $14 k per FY), FAST Data Services – Collection Services and Identity Verification (each capped at ~ $0.8 M and $0.4 M respectively).
