This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive Oracle database and application‑server support, maintenance, and optional migration services for Cuyahoga County’s legacy Oracle environment covering the period 2021‑2024. The contract includes support for Oracle Database 12c on Sun Solaris 10, Oracle Internet Application Server EE, and associated licensing (Enterprise Edition, Diagnostic, Partitioning, Tuning packs). The County expects the vendor to deliver a flexible solution that can scale down as applications are migrated to Microsoft SQL Server or cloud platforms, and to provide optional upgrade services, disaster‑recovery support, and detailed migration planning.
