The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Economic Development Agency’s (EDA) Custodial Division, was soliciting quotations from qualified custodial services companies for the cleaning of the Indio Law Building. The building is approximately 93,340 square feet and is located at 82295 HWY 111, Indio, CA 92201. The contract was cancelled due to services not being needed at the time. The scope of work included monthly cleaning, carpet cleaning, interior and exterior window cleaning, and floor restoration.
