Professional Services for Civil Engineering

This contract is for professional services for civil engineering, including survey services, design, and construction engineering and inspection. The contract is between the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners and CPH, Inc. The scope of work includes general civil engineering activities, such as stormwater management systems, site and property developments, and roadways and roadside improvements. The contract also includes studies and engineering assessments, such as hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design, feasibility and due-diligence studies, and traffic and transportation studies. The contract has a term of 5 years, with an option for renewal. The contract value is estimated to be around $1 million to $5 million, based on the hourly rates and scope of work.
