Server - Extended Support and Maintenance

This contract is for Server - Extended Support and Maintenance, where the vendor will provide support and maintenance services for various servers and storage arrays. The contract has an initial term of 1 year, with the possibility of extension for up to 5 years. The vendor will provide a local, named engineer to maintain continuity of service and will maintain a stock of relevant parts to ensure all required SLA/response is maintained. The pricing is based on a unit price, with a total monthly cost proposed by the contractor. The contract was awarded to Service Express, LLC. • The contract includes support for equipment listed on an attached list, with the possibility of adding or subtracting items from the list over the course of the agreement. • The vendor will provide either 8-hour response, 5 days a week, or 4-hour response, 24/7, depending on the equipment being serviced. • The contract has a total annual cost for the maintenance/support service of all servers and arrays on the attached list. • The District may from time to time need to add or subtract items from the list, with monthly costs adjusted accordingly.
