The contract involves interior renovations of the 9th and 10th floors of One Montgomery Plaza for the addition of temporary courtrooms. The work must be accomplished while allowing for continuous occupancy of the building and will be completed alongside the existing multi-phased replacement of the vertical facade and repairs to the roof. The contract includes active participation in the management and coordination of construction under all contracts and move activities by the owner, with the intent to minimize disturbance to building occupants and using LEAN procedures to do so.
