OMBUDSMAN SERVICES FOR NAPA COUNTY

The County of Solano, Department of Napa/Solano Area Agency on Aging, intended to secure a contract with a qualified proposer to provide Long Term Care Ombudsman Services to older adults and younger adults with disabilities. The primary responsibility of the Ombudsman Program is to investigate and resolve complaints made by, or on behalf of, residents of long-term care facilities. The solicitation was cancelled in its entirety, and the County thanks proposers for their interest.
