SeeClickFix Annual Upgrades - BTS

This contract is for the provision of SeeClickFix annual upgrades to Pinellas County. The contract is valued at $45,459.94 and has a term of 12 months, with the option to renew for an additional two 12-month terms. The vendor, CivicPlus, LLC, will provide services such as support, maintenance, and hosting of the SeeClickFix platform. The contract includes provisions for data security, confidentiality, and intellectual property, as well as terms for payment, invoicing, and dispute resolution. Some key features of the contract include: • The vendor will provide unlimited lines and up to 25,000 messages per month for the Conversations/SeeClickFix Pro text message (SMS/MMS) Services. • The vendor will use its best efforts to notify the customer in the event the customer exceeds the usage amounts in any month. • The customer will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of Admin User's passwords and usernames. • The customer will also be responsible for all electronic communications, including those containing business information, account registration, account holder information, financial information, customer data, and all other data of any kind contained within emails or otherwise entered electronically through the services.
