This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) controller for the generator at the Wilmington Police Headquarters. The work must use the existing ATS enclosure, wiring, and piping, and be completed with minimal disruption to police operations, limiting power outages to no more than two consecutive hours. The contractor must provide a factory‑trained service technician, perform load‑transfer testing, and train police department staff.
