Integrated Job Services

The County of Orange, Social Services Agency, has awarded a contract to Arbor E&T, LLC dba Equus Workforce Solutions for the provision of Integrated Job Services Subsidized Employment/Vocational Training (SE/VTR) Services. The contract aims to provide support for Welfare-to-Work (WTW) participants in the Public Subsidized Employment Program (PSEP), Work Experience (WEX), and VTR activities. The services include job placement, vocational-technical training, and additional assistance to WTW participants who complete the subsidized placement and obtain unsubsidized employment or maintain continued unsubsidized employment for 30 days. The contract has a term of 5 years, from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2027. The contract value is estimated to be $19,555,350.
