The City of Spokane Police Department issued an RFQ for a value‑blanket procurement of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and related accessories, allowing incremental orders over a multi‑year period. Vendors may quote on two primary DJI product families (Matrice 30T Plus Combo and Mavic 3 Thermal Plus) and may propose alternate brands that meet or exceed specifications. All quotations must be submitted electronically through ProcureWare, include freight charges, and be valid for at least 60 days. The agreement will be awarded to the most favorable quote and may be renewed annually for up to five years, with the City retaining the right to purchase additional quantities at the quoted price.
