This RFP solicits unit‑price proposals for a broad range of aggregate and crushed‑stone materials to be used by the Outagamie County Highway Department throughout the 2024 construction season. Vendors submit price sheets for items such as base aggregates, breaker run, clear stone, rip‑rap, sand varieties, pit‑run, and backfill materials, indicating rates for stockpile delivery, loaded delivery, and any loading deductions. The department can award to multiple vendors, will measure quantities by ton, and will pay based on the unit prices submitted.
