Pre-Employment Psych Screening

The County of Fresno is requesting proposals from qualified mental health practitioners to provide pre-employment psychological screening services, special compulsory psychological evaluations, and third opinion appeal evaluations for safety and non-safety position candidates and employees. The successful contractors will be required to provide these services, as well as other specialized professional services, including expert testimony and consultation. The contract was awarded to three vendors: California Forensic Institute, Erene Soliman, Psy.D, and Kent M. Kawagoe, Ph.D. The vendors were selected based on their proposals, which were evaluated by the RFP Review Committee.
