Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from potential development partners to design, install, operate, and own a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on the California State Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo campus. The BESS is intended to be used to provide peak shaving, with a minimum size of 1 Megawatt, 4 Megawatt hours.
