Legal Services

This contract is for legal services provided by NM Local Government Law, LLC to Harding County. The contract includes provisions for the scope of work, compensation, term, renewal, termination, and indemnification. The vendor will provide legal representation, consultation, advice, and preparation of ordinances, resolutions, and contracts as required by the county. The contract also includes requirements for insurance, licenses, and permits.
