Riverside County Department of Waste Resources Crushed Rock

The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources is soliciting quotations from vendors capable of supplying and delivering crushed rock required throughout the year. The contract involves the supply and delivery of various types of crushed rock, including 1 1/2" clean unwashed crushed rock, 2"-4" clean unwashed crushed rock, 3" minus crushed rock base, and 3"-6" crushed rock. The vendors will be required to submit pricing and upload gradation specifications for the products proposed for each bid item. The county reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the county. • The contract involves the supply and delivery of crushed rock to two locations: Badlands Sanitary Landfill and Lamb Canyon Sanitary Landfill. • The vendors will be required to submit pricing and upload gradation specifications for the products proposed for each bid item. • The county reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the county. • The contract has a multi-year agreement with the intent to award to one or more vendors determined to be the lowest, most responsive responsible bidder(s). • The contract has an estimated annual usage of 900 tons of 1 1/2" clean unwashed crushed rock and 1825 tons of 2"-4" clean unwashed crushed rock.
