Description
The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to provide water meter reading services for a maximum of six years. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the most responsive proposal. The vendor will be responsible for reading water meters and providing electronic data interchange (EDI) changes and enhancements. The unit price for the service will be a total cost for one meter reading and will include all necessary personnel, supervision, training, uniforms, equipment, travel, fuel, materials, supplies, and applicable sales tax. The contract will have an initial term of two years, with two optional two-year renewal periods. The vendor's unit price will remain firm for each two-year period.
