PREVENTION SERVICES AND SUPPORTS FOR FAMILIES

This contract is for the provision of prevention services and supports for families in Orange County, California. The contract is for a period of three years, from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026. The contractor, Tourette Association of America, Inc., will provide services to residents of Orange County. The contract has a maximum obligation of $13,321,211. Some key points of the contract include: • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and county laws and regulations. • The contractor must maintain the confidentiality of all records, including billings and audio and/or video recordings. • The contractor must provide services in accordance with the contract and the Health Care Agency's policies and procedures. • The contractor must submit separate cost reports for each period of the contract. • The contractor must cooperate with the Health Care Agency in ensuring compliance with the California Information Practices Act.
