Federal Advocacy Services

The City of Roseville is seeking a provider of professional services for federal advocacy. The consultant will report to the City's Environmental Utilities Department and provide federal advocacy services on behalf of the department. The consultant must have knowledge of federal issues that affect municipal water, wastewater, recycled water, and solid waste utilities, as well as stormwater programs.
