Recycling Services

The City of Richland is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide collection and processing services for the 30 yard roll-off recycling containers located throughout the city. The contract is for recycling services, including the collection and processing of single stream co-mingled recyclables. The City of Richland invites qualified Service Providers to submit proposals to provide these services. Key aspects of the contract include: • Collection and processing of recyclables • Provision of recycling services for the city's residential and commercial curbside programs • Compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations • Opportunity for disadvantaged business enterprises to participate in the contract.
