The County of Riverside's Purchasing Department is seeking letters of interest and information from qualified bidders for teaching Spanish Language Business Training Classes for the Community Action Partnership - Riverside. The goal of these classes is to provide training in basic business techniques to the monolingual Spanish speaking Latino community, aiming to encourage entrepreneurship and improve their share of the available market.
