Audio/ Visual Services for City Events

The City of West Jordan is seeking a contractor to provide professional audio and visual services for City events throughout the 2025 calendar year, as well as for any additional special events scheduled at the West Jordan Rodeo Arena. The contractor will be required to provide high-quality audio systems, projectors, screens, and other visual display technologies, and to set up and dismantle all A/V equipment in coordination with event schedules. The contractor will also be required to perform sound checks and visual calibrations, and to provide on-site technicians during events to manage equipment and troubleshoot issues. • The contractor must comply with the insurance requirements stated in the bid documents. • The contractor must provide high-quality audio systems and microphones suitable for various event sizes. • The contractor must supply projectors, screens, LED walls, and other visual display technologies as needed. • The contractor must set up and dismantle all A/V equipment in coordination with event schedules to ensure timely completion. • The contractor must perform sound checks and visual calibrations to ensure optimal performance. • The contractor must provide on-site technicians during events to manage equipment, troubleshoot issues, and adjust sound and visuals as needed.
