Description
The contract is for the repair and modernization of the elevator at the Wyoming State Fairground Bonneville Dorm. The bid responses were rejected, and the contract will be re-bid at a later date. The contractor is required to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the conditions affecting the work before submitting their bid. A mandatory site visit was held on February 20, 2019. The contractor must submit their bid through the Public Purchase online bidding system, and all responses must be uploaded completely by the 2:00 p.m. due date.
• The bid documents include a bid bond response information form, 0231-D bid documents, and a sign-in sheet.
• The contractor must represent the company from which they are employed at the pre-bid meeting.
• The State of Wyoming will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting.
• The contractor is responsible for checking Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations.
