Wide Area Network, Internet Access with DDoS Mitigation, per FCC USAC’s E-rate Program

The contract is for the provision of Wide Area Network and Internet Access services, including DDoS Mitigation, to the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The contract is valued at approximately $1.5 million and will commence on March 9, 2022, and end on June 30, 2023. The contract may be subject to renewal, and the District reserves the right to fund or partially fund the project. The vendor, ENA Services, LLC, will provide the services and equipment required to support the District's E-Rate program. • The contract includes the provision of Layer 3 managed leased lit fiber and Layer 3 managed leased dark fiber services. • The contract includes the provision of DDoS Mitigation services to safeguard traffic. • The contract is subject to the E-Rate program rules and regulations. • The District reserves the right to fund or partially fund the project. • The contract may be subject to renewal.
