Risk Management & Insurance Brokerage Services

The City of Coral Gables is soliciting proposals for Risk Management & Insurance Brokerage Services from a qualified and experienced professional firm. The selected firm will provide risk management and insurance brokerage services to the city. The contract will be awarded to the highest ranked responsive and responsible proposer based on the criteria outlined in the RFP. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or sections thereof, and waive any informalities or technicalities at any time during the RFP solicitation process. • The RFP was advertised on February 13, 2020, and the proposal submission deadline was March 11, 2020. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was held on February 20, 2020. • The city received five proposals, and after evaluation, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. was determined to be the highest ranked responsive and responsible proposer. • The city will negotiate with the top-ranked proposer, and if negotiations fail, the city may negotiate with the next ranked firm, McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc.
