The County of Riverside's Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder is soliciting quotations for services generating courtesy notifications to property owners within Riverside County. The contractor must process indexed data and images provided by the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder to generate notifications. The notifications will be mailed to property owners within 30 days of recording, informing them of the recording. The contract includes all setup charges, materials, printing, mailing of notices, returned notices, destruction of notices, and all reports.
