ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Brandman University for Organizational Development Services. The contract includes coaching services, organizational development consulting, and other related services. The contractor will provide these services on an as-needed basis, and the contract has a term of 7 years. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, compensation and pricing, and staffing plan. The contractor is required to provide insurance certificates and endorsements, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract includes coaching services for management employees, onboarding coaching, and transition coaching. • The contractor will provide organizational development consulting services, including team development, strategic planning, and group facilitation. • The contract includes a detailed staffing plan, with primary and alternate staff/key personnel listed. • The contractor is required to provide quotes for other services not listed in the contract, and to obtain written confirmation from the County before starting any project. • The contract includes a payment terms section, with payment to be made net 30 business days after receipt of an invoice. • The contractor is required to provide an invoice on their letterhead, with a unique number and including all required information.
