Grounds Maintenance Equipment Contract

This contract is for the provision of grounds maintenance equipment, attachments, and accessories with related services. The contract was awarded to The Toro Company, and the equipment, products, or services will be provided to Sourcewell and its participating entities. The contract has a term of four years, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period. The contract includes provisions for pricing, product and pricing change requests, participation, contract access, and participating entity requirements. The Toro Company will provide a means to validate or authenticate its authorized dealers, distributors, and/or resellers, and will encourage its dealers to provide contract terms to Sourcewell members consistent with the terms of the contract.
