RIVERSIDE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY PROSECUTOR CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The County of Riverside is seeking a comprehensive Prosecutor Case Management System to manage, process, track, and evaluate various types of cases. The system must provide features such as trial management, event tracking, discovery compliance, subpoena service tracking, evidence tracking, data exchange with criminal justice partners, and financial transaction recordings. The contract was awarded to Aeon Nexus Corporation, pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors. • The system must be able to manage criminal, victim/witness, civil, asset forfeiture, restitution, welfare fraud, state prison, DOJ grants, administrative, and investigations cases. • The system must provide a means for trial management, event tracking, discovery compliance, subpoena service tracking, evidence tracking, data exchange with criminal justice partners, and financial transaction recordings. • The system must be able to integrate with other systems and provide a comprehensive view of case management. • The contract was awarded to Aeon Nexus Corporation, pending approval from the Riverside County Board of Supervisors. • The County of Riverside posts all bidding opportunities on two websites: www.purchasing.co.riverside.ca.us and www.publicpurchase.com.
